DOMESTIC RETURNS: We are happily accepting returns within 7 days of when your order was received. Items outside this window will not be eligible for a return. Items must be unworn, and must have original tags and packaging. We charge a 8% shipping and restocking fee for returns.

Please note we do not offer Refunds unless your item is faulty or damaged when received. Please take care when trying on your items as we will not accept returns if the item is damaged in any way (including makeup stains, perfume, animal hair, ironing marks, steamer stains, hair product residue). We reserve the right to refuse your return if outside this window of time.

DOMESTIC STORE CREDIT / EXCHANGES: Need to make a switch? We offer instore exchanges for a new garment and or store credit. Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. To start an exchange, please use our Returns/Exchange Portal. 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES/ STORE CREDIT: For international exchanges, customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping their return back to Zandra Stone HQ. Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your items. Customers can select the carrier of their choice to make this return. Once exchange order has been received, production inspection and approval must be granted before exchange is made. A 8% shipping and restocking fee will be charged on all exchanges/store credits. Our Return/ Exchange portal  

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are final sale. 

PREORDERS: Preorders are not eligible for returns or refunds until product is received. Preorders are a reservation and, and by reserving your style, you are making this item unavailable for other customers at the time of purchase. As a small run sustainable studio everything is crafted in limited quantities and styles sell quickly. So this preorder is not only a sustainable approach to our supply chain it is to ensure you as a customer get the opportunity to reserve these curated items you want.
